ketchup wine part 2
So the ketchup wine is finished and that only means 1 thing. bottling and tasting!
with in the gallon batch there are 2 distinct wines i guess that were made. the 1st is a lovely deep amber color much like a wine, the other is a tomato juice looking thing.
the wine ended up at 10.5% which isn't not bad considering how much salt and vinegar was in the ketchup.
the clear wine will have to be aged but with the juicy pulpy stuff, it's time to make a bloody mary home brewed style :)
