INGREDIENTS
1. GRAPES 2.5 kg
2. Sugar - 1.5 kg
3. Whole Wheat - 50 gm
3. Yeast - 1 tesp
4. Boiled and cooled water - 2 lit
5. Cloves - 4
6. Cinnamon - 2
7. Cardamon - 4
8. Egg white - 1
PREPARATION
1. Clean all the utilities with hot water and keep it to sundry
2. wash the grape properly
3. Fill the jar with all the prepared ingredients layer by layer.
4. Keep the lid loose, Core with a clean cloth and tie it tightly. keep it in dark place.
5. You will notice air bubbles forming
6. Stir the mixture with a wooden spatula every 3 rd days for 21 at a specific direction
7. After 21 days, strain the grape pulp mixture and then to a glass bottle.
Now wine is ready to serve. AS long as it get old the taste and colour improves
