hey all
today I'm starting a batch of elder flower sparkling wine, its slightly different from the standard elder flower champagne. this is a dry elder flower wine which is stronger than the champagne and needs aging.
now to make this fancy I will be using 24ct gold leaves which will be added in the bottling stage to really give it the look of something special.

I can't wait!
