The 1st of the season Elderflowers are finally out here in sunny Cornwall!
To mix things up i'm making a 5 liter batch of elderflower champagne that uses no brewing equipment and no brought yeast.
instead I went down the route of wild yeast, homemade yeast nutrient and a bucket ( it's an old mayo container) if you don't have a bucket, a pan with a lid, covered with a tea towel will do the same.
